• Let's respect each other's needs and inquiries

• The Client agrees to pay the Photographer the total amount for the services provided.

• A non-refundable deposit to secure the booking and cancellation by the client.

• Clients are allowed to reschedule the session with at least 24 hours' notice. 

​

• The Photographer will provide the Client with high-resolution edited images.

• Images will be delivered through email (WeTransfer) and 1 week after the session (depending on what shoot is required).

• The Photographer retains the copyright to all images.

• The Client is granted personal, non-commercial usage rights to the images.

​

• The Client grants the Photographer the right to use images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, portfolio, website, and social media.

​

• The Client agrees to cooperate with the Photographer and follow any reasonable instructions for a successful photography session.

• The Photographer is not responsible for any injuries or damage to property during the photography session.

​

• The Photographer shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond their control.

​

• Any amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
